Volunteer!

Interested in getting involved, or checking us out?

The ESL program ALWAYS needs more helpers and donations, and guess what - no experience is necessary!

How YOU or Your Church Can Be Involved...

Can you speak English?  Do you love others and want to share the love of Jesus?  With a brief training for beginning teachers, it is easy to get involved.  No previous experience necessary!  (Click for job description.)

Can you speak English?  Do you love others and want to share the love of Jesus?  These are the only requirements to help a teacher out.  Come observe a class to see!  (Click for job description.)

Homework Help & Activities:
Do you love children and want to share the love of Jesus? Would you like to tutor a child to help them succeed in school? Play games and have fun? We have lots of kids aged 6-12 that could use the extra help!

Childcare:
Do you love children aged 0 through 5 and want to share the love of Jesus with them? Do you like to play games and hang out? We always need more helpers with the little ones!

Hospitality:
Do you enjoy providing time, energy, or refreshments for a time of relaxation and rejuvenation? We love to offer our adults and children a break during class time, providing coffee, tea, juice, and snacks. We need people to provide the items, set up the break room, or clean up afterward. Also we love to host holiday events, but can always use extra hands! It's not a difficult task but IT IS essential to the program!

Prayer:
Pray for our ministry and others like it. Start a prayer group that will pray for this to be a successful ministry to our Philadelphia international neighbors!

Donations:
Our program runs 100% on donations from individuals and churches by God's grace. There are many enhancements to the program we would love to do but only if finances are available. We also have a list of ongoing needs. Would you consider a donation?  Click here or see the Donate tab above.
